Sonoma at Nolan Hill is a Morrison homes development which features creative layouts and use of exterior finishes. James Hardie panel, plank and trims have been combined to create this contempary look to help these units stand out from the crowd.
The Challenges
Developments like Sonoma Nolan are released to their clients in phases. As one building becomes occupied the other buildings are in various stages of construction which creates certain challenges for trades sharing limited space such as material storage and site access. Proper coordination between the general contractor and their multiple trades is the key to success.
