With over 35 years being exposed to Alberta’s harsh climate the cedar siding on these units had served its time. To protect their investment and add plenty of curb appeal this client chose James Hardie lap siding and Royal metals soffit, fascia and eavestrough.

As with all multifamily renovations there are challenges for trades as well as homeowners who are often living in the space while construction is underway.
